浴室非常肮脏，很多成年累月的累积物。 床单也很不干净！有褐色水印在床单上！

价钱超值,但是不会考虑再住,因为要试别的酒店
厕所其实蛮干净,花洒也不错,只是热水方面有点问题,一时冷一时热, 洗脸盘不错,只是它的边都是稍微肮脏. 还有一点不明白,就是房间里有两个杯子和水煲,却没提供任何的3合1咖啡粉,可能我住的是最便宜的关系吧!

兰卡威有瓜镇，珍南海滩两个大的区域，之间大概相聚30多公里，珍南海滩相对更加繁华。酒店坐落于瓜镇，还是比较远的，从机场出来沿着一条高速路一直- 开，大概40多分钟到了瓜镇，看到Kfc，转到后面的街上就能找到酒店了。预定时定的双床房，到了酒店前台说只有大床房，爱住不住。我说我们预定的是- 双床房，预订单上也写的明明白白，怎么能轻易食言呢。最后酒店说给安排一个家庭房，价格不变，但是房间在另外一栋楼，正对着马路，也就暂时接受了。房- 间一般，洗漱用品都没有。之前好像也看到别人说预定的双床房也只给了大床房，感觉这个酒店就是故意的，前台人员态度不够友好，挺强硬的。早餐是唯一对- 这个酒店满意的，相对于他们人员服务态度，感觉还算丰富，不过也不要期望太高。酒店附件有很多华人开的海鲜大排档，靠近港口附近还有一个shoppi- ng mall(其实挺小的，不能算mall)，如果在游玩的过程中碰到商店就尽量买点东西吧，因为兰卡威是免税岛，所以东西比吉隆坡乃至国内都要便- 宜，巧克力什么的还是挺超值的。
